Token naming. Throughout this whitepaper the native token is referred to as SCN. It is currently deployed on-chain under the ticker SKY (ERC-20, β€œSky City Network”, 18 decimals) β€” SKY and SCN refer to the same token. The current build is live on BNB Smart Chain Testnet; the mainnet offering and chain are set out in the roadmap.

1. Introduction & vision

Sky City Network (SCN) is a decentralized platform that combines blockchain, advanced artificial intelligence, and optional privacy to make financial transactions transparent, secure, and efficient. Through unique identifiers, targeted mining, and custom sub-blockchains, the project lets users and developers participate in a decentralized financial ecosystem. SCN commences operations in 2026 with a token offering, an official wallet, and decentralized applications (DApps).

Our goal is to build a platform that:

2. Problem statement

Despite blockchain's progress, crypto transactions still face major challenges. A 2024 Chainalysis report found crypto scams generated at least $9.9B for criminals through smart contracts alone, largely from a lack of transparency. The principal challenges:

SCN resolves these through unique identifiers, artificial intelligence, and optional privacy.

3. Innovative features

3.1 Artificial intelligence

AI makes the platform smarter and more secure: intelligent transaction analysis flags suspicious patterns (fraud, money-laundering); smart-contract optimization proposes terms based on user needs and predicts risk; AI chatbots help non-technical users; and developers can build custom DApps with AI tools.

3.2 Optional privacy

Users choose between transparency and confidentiality per transaction. Private transactions use advanced techniques such as Ring Signatures and Zero-Knowledge Proofs. For regulatory compliance, SCN supports optional KYC/AML via encrypted on-chain or off-chain identity verification β€” preserving decentralization while enabling lawful use.

3.3 Unique identifiers

Unlike traditional NFTs used for art or collectibles, SCN unique identifiers act as a title of ownership or a payment gateway for goods and services. A seller registers a product on-chain with an identifier linked to a smart contract that enforces price, delivery, or warranty β€” optimized by SCN's AI to reduce risk.

3.4 Recreational–tourism payment gateway & VR

A unified, Web3-based payment gateway for recreational and tourism centers worldwide. Using VR systems installed in accredited centers, users can remotely experience and test facilities and equipment of other centers around the globe.

3.5 Targeted mining

An efficient, low-energy alternative to Proof of Work. Users contribute storage or processing power from their devices and earn SKY rewards (e.g. sharing 10 GB to store documents in a decentralized way), with client-side encryption protecting privacy. Some nodes offer processing power for off-chain AI analysis for extra income; later phases integrate distributed infrastructures such as Golem or Akash.

4. Technical details

SCN uses a Proof of Stake mechanism that selects validators by the amount of SKY they hold, with low energy use.

ConsensusAvg. finalityConfirmationsTarget throughput (early)
Proof of Stake~1 secondβ‰₯ 35,000 TPS

The network batches transactions over 24-hour windows and uses dynamic sharding to distribute load across sub-blockchains and nodes, sustaining performance under peak traffic.

4.1 AI implementation

A hybrid AI model powers transaction analysis (Decision Trees, logistic regression β†’ per-transaction risk score), rule-based smart-contract suggestions, and a natural-language chatbot. Models first run on secure off-chain servers with only results written on-chain; later, distributed compute (Golem, Akash) executes AI in a decentralized way. Base algorithms and code are open-source for community review.

4.2 Privacy layer

Transactions are transparent by default; users can enable privacy for sensitive transfers using Zero-Knowledge Proofs and Ring Signatures, with optional encrypted KYC/AML for compliance. Developed in the second mainnet phase.

4.3 Custom sub-blockchains

Projects can launch their own dedicated blockchain on the platform β€” independent yet connected to the main SCN network β€” to run DApps, register local contracts, or manage high-volume transactions, benefiting from processing nodes and AI analysis.

4.4 Fees

Ordinary transactions cost 0.001 SKY; transactions using extra protocols such as privacy add 0.005 SKY (e.g. a private transfer totals 0.006 SKY). Of total fees, 80% goes to stakers and 20% to development and maintenance. Fees may be adjusted as volume grows.

5. The token & tokenomics

SKY (SCN) is the heart of the ecosystem β€” used for transactions, governance, and rewards. Initially offered under the ERC-20 standard, holders earn returns by staking in Proof of Stake and benefit from 80% of network fees; all mainnet fees are paid in SKY. A dedicated, EVM-compatible SCN blockchain is planned in later phases, with an official bridge at mainnet to migrate assets and contracts.

5.1 Tokenomics

Total supply is a fixed 1,000,000,000 SKY, distributed as follows:

ICO & Sale25%250,000,000Attract users and form the community
Staking & Participation13%130,000,000Consensus & governance participants
Airdrop10%100,000,000Free distribution programs

Withdrawals from sensitive funds (marketing, strategic reserve) are possible only through transparent community voting via smart contracts. Vesting schedules, locked contracts, and the voting process are published on the official website.

6. Public offering

The token offering proceeds in three phases for transparency and participation:

7. Roadmap (preliminary)

Formulated in 2026, executed step by step, and finalized with community participation.

Q3 2026

Q4 2026

8. Team & participation

The founding team brings experience in blockchain, AI, cryptography, fintech, and decentralized infrastructure. Core members currently prefer to remain anonymous so focus stays on technical development and the decentralized structure β€” a philosophy of empowering the community rather than centering on individuals.

As an open-source platform, SCN invites developers, researchers, and innovators to participate; decisions are made through decentralized community voting. All platform code is published open-source on GitHub from the outset for technical transparency.

9. Risks & challenges

10. Conclusion

By integrating AI, optional privacy, targeted mining, and scalable sub-blockchains, Sky City Network offers a decentralized, user-centric solution for Web3 and fintech β€” making crypto transactions secure, efficient, and transparent. The token and a transparent tokenomics structure let users participate in governance and earn from network fees. We invite developers, investors, and enthusiasts to join the community and help build the future of Web3.
